Very kind, very professional. Got in a wreck and they let us grab everything out of the car and worked with USAA, our insurance. Call them if you are in a wreck with USAA, whether at fault or not. They also respond with the police that are called on scene to a crash and respond promptly.

Pretty fast, they will call you with updates as to where they are and how much longer it will be so you aren’t just waiting without any idea of when the tow truck will come. Very friendly. Will also let you ride with your car so you don’t also have to Uber.

Easy process to work with this company! Driver, Daniel, was very kind and did a great job. Wait time wasn’t super long. I think it took longer working with my insurance requesting a tow than it did the entire towing process. The second this company got the request it took about 90 minutes to get our vehicle home safely without a scratch.

When I say Katrelle did a great job, he did a great job. He handles his business professional with great communication, on time, had got my keys out the car very quickly. I say I highly recommend his service, I truly do. I definitely make sure to request your company for further business. I can't speak for other people service but mine was perfect. I've used Chanceys Wrecker Service several times. They're always very timely. The technicians they send are always friendly and professional. I'll use them for all my towing needs.

The guy who came out was extremely helpful! Not only did he get the car on the tow truck in no time he also gave me his advice on what could have been wrong and told me what kind of parts I may need. I know that's not part of his job but it was the thoughtfulness that I appreciated. It goes a long way.

I called Chancey's yesterday to get them to change a tire for me at my house because it was flat. I ended up cancelling because it was pouring down rain and told them I would call them the next morning to get them to come out. They ended up sending someone on their own at 8 this morning without me even having to call! His name was Parks and he was so polite and helpful. He changed the tire and even put air in it for me. I am so thankful for him for being so kind, especially so early in the morning. Would definitely recommend them.

Jarod just picked up my daughters car in Augusta and has already dropped it at the service center! He was quick and curious and I appreciate his knowledge of his job!! Thank you AAA for always being there and thank you Chancy’s for your service!

We had a dump trailer that came apart. It was loaded with top soil. 
Johnathan came to our rescue.  He assessed the situation and formed a plan to get it on the rollback. Perfection.  Also Arial was super courteous and helpful.   Dwayne, Larry would have liked Jonathan.

Was out of gas today after leaving for a pet scan at the university hospital.  The gentleman who serviced us with fuel was really nice & helpful. Thank you for your service we give you a five-star rating

I would like to give a big thank you to Chancey’s Wrecker Service. My van had broken down on Wrightsboro road earlier today they arrived quickly the driver was very professional and took great care of me and the van. He kept safety first a priority the truck taking us home was very clean inside and out. It’s very apparent to me they operate on providing a service of excellence.
