Easy process to work with this company! Driver, Daniel, was very kind and did a great job. Wait time wasn’t super long. I think it took longer working with my insurance requesting a tow than it did the entire towing process. The second this company got the request it took about 90 minutes to get our vehicle home safely without a scratch.

When I say Katrelle did a great job, he did a great job. He handles his business professional with great communication, on time, had got my keys out the car very quickly. I say I highly recommend his service, I truly do. I definitely make sure to request your company for further business. I can't speak for other people service but mine was perfect. Katrelle needs a raise or promotion. I like to tell him, thank you

I've used Chanceys Wrecker Service several times. They're always very timely. The technicians they send are always friendly and professional. I'll use them for all my towing needs.

The guy who came out was extremely helpful! Not only did he get the car on the tow truck in no time he also gave me his advice on what could have been wrong and told me what kind of parts I may need. I know that's not part of his job but it was the thoughtfulness that I appreciated. It goes a long way.

I called Chancey's yesterday to get them to change a tire for me at my house because it was flat. I ended up cancelling because it was pouring down rain and told them I would call them the next morning to get them to come out. They ended up sending someone on their own at 8 this morning without me even having to call! His name was Parks and he was so polite and helpful. He changed the tire and even put air in it for me. I am so thankful for him for being so kind, especially so early in the morning. Would definitely recommend them.

As most business owners know, the first person of contact is THE most important. Brittany has excellent customer service skills and represents Chauncey's very well. This type of talent is hard to find.

Our shift linkage went out on our car and we called Chanceys to have it towed home. Steven, our driver, is knowledgeable and very professional. Thanks for making sure our car got home safely and making the bad experience of our car dying easier to deal with.

I had a 67000-pound boom lift stuck in my front yard in mud. they came out the same day with their giant winch and pulled me right out. They were awesome every step of the way, I was severely stressed, but the operator was very confident and he was awesome! Chancey’s will always be my go-to for life.
 

Stuck on the side of I20 with a blown tire, we called Chauncey’s. I was so grateful for how fast they responded!!! Kris (Driver 323) was professional, helpful, and quick. I am so grateful for all of his help. I definitely recommend this company!!! Also, call and ask for Kris!! He is great!

When you find yourself in the unfortunate event on having to use a towing service things are not usually not going so well. Chancy’s towing service provided excellent customer service, provided all information I needed accurately and the tow driver was on time and got my car loaded and on its way to the car shop. Like I said my mood was not the greatest but it certainly helps that the towing service went very smooth. I would recommend them to anyone!

Although my towing time was slightly delayed, the dispatcher was pleasant to work with and kept me up to date on the driver's location and estimated time of service. The driver was very respectful to me and my vehicle and provided excellent customer service. I am really impressed with how smooth the process was.
 

I would just like to say thank you to Daniel the tow truck driver. He could have just towed my van and he asked if he could jump-start it and that worked. Turns out I just had a dead battery. Thank you again for your service.
 

My daughter and I were in an accident today about 6:30 pm this evening and a tow was called for both cars Chauncey’s came out and Kris sat with us for over 4 hours while we had to wait for EMS to arrive which was @11:45 pm and he was very sweet, patient and understanding!

We had a dump trailer that came apart. It was loaded with top soil. 
Johnathan came to our rescue.  He assessed the situation and formed a plan to get it on the rollback. Perfection.  Also Arial was super courteous and helpful.   Dwayne, Larry would have liked Jonathan.
