Chancey's Wrecker Service was established in 1990 by Larry Dewayne Chancey. Mr. Chancey started out this business with only one truck. Over the years he built its success on a solid foundation by treating customers right. Chancey’s has become one of the oldest and largest towing companies in the CSRA, and not by accident. Mr. Chancey was very involved in the community for over 30 years and felt privileged to serve his community. Alongside owning Chancey's Towing and Recovery Service, he also owned Chancey’s Truck and Auto Salvage.
It was Mr. Chancey’s dream that started the company! Dewayne Chancey, a beloved husband and father, entered into rest on August 10, 2021. His wife, Marlene Chancey, and son, Dexter Chancey, still carry on the vision of what was once a one truck show, to now being one of the largest AAA towing contractors in the state of Georgia.
